There are hereby incorporated by reference, as if set out fully herein, certain regulations governing the subdivision of land located within the City of Attica, Kansas and certain surrounding area as described therein, as adopted by the governing body of the City of Attica, Kansas and prepared by Foster and Associates. No fewer than three copies of the subdivision regulations marked “Official Copy as incorporated by Ordinance No. 917” and to which there shall be a published copy of this section attached, shall be filed with the city clerk to be open for inspection and available to the public at all reasonable hours.

That pursuant to K.S.A., as amended, 12-710, any violation of this article shall be considered violations for each day on which they exist after written notice by the city to the last known address of the owner or occupant of the property on which the violation exists and shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $5 or more than $500 per each day of violation thereof plus the costs of the action. The city shall have further remedies of seeking injunctions to either prevent the violation of this article or to seek the correction of any violations under this article.
